Messages of hope.
Because of you, we are. This is what you missionaries, volunteers, sponsors and friends to sacu are to these children. The little words you say to these young children drives them to live. During one of the visits by missionaries, Emma 12 years of age stood up and asked one of the missionaries what job he was doing, the volunteer said that he is an engineer and in order to achieve it, you have to read hard and keep yourself in school. Since then, Emma has decided that he wants to be an engineer and his interest in studying has greatly improved. The small messages of love, care and encouragement which you give to these children have composed them that at least, there is somebody outside there who cares and listens to them
Taking Christ to the little children
The little ones are the last to be thought of in terms of gospel yet they are tomorrow’s church. There has been a program extending Christ’s love to the little ones of Sacu nursery & primary school and in the entire community who cannot get a chance to share it at home or from where they are studying from.
Also at this weekly community children meeting, children share a
word of God and they are helped to read and write to those who do not attend
Sunday school class.
In one song: God will make a way where there seems to be no way,
kids sing out their hearts and show that really God makes way where there is no way.
How can you stand with these orphans?
• Support them physically
• Pray that churches and families will respond to God's calling to care
for orphans in their distress
• Pray that children might learn more about God’s love and grace.
• Ask God to guide these children as they learn, grow, and move towards a future full of hope and possibilities.
• Pray for protection and health of children.
